Ben is Special Counsel at Perth CBD-based law firm Stork Davies Legal Advisors, and practises in general commercial law and commercial property law. He has particular experience in the areas of business acquisitions, hospitality and events, franchising (across various industries), start-ups and ecommerce, intellectual property, technology, privacy, Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) compliance, and commercial and retail leasing.
