Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of CREW CPD events.
In these terms and conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” are references to Stork Legal Pty Ltd trading as CREW CPD.
Registration
All registrations for CREW CPD events must be made and paid for through our website.
Unless otherwise agreed with CREW CPD prior to an event, registrations are not transferrable.
We reserve the right to refuse the registration of any person, in which case we will offer a refund.
You consent to us using all details provided in the course of registration for CREW CPD marketing and advertising purposes. You can withdraw this consent by notifying us at any time.
Registration cancellations
If you have registered for a CREW CPD event but cannot attend, you must inform us as soon as possible. We will honour a request for a refund only if it is made in writing no less than 5 business days before the date of the event. Alternatively, we may at our discretion agree to transfer your registration at no additional cost.
Event cancellations and rescheduling
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule CREW CPD events at any time and for any reason. We will notify you if this occurs, and offer you a refund or credit towards another event.
CPD points
Where a CREW CPD event is advertised on our website as being subject to CPD accreditation by the Department of Mines, Industry Resources and Safety (“DMIRS”), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule that event if accreditation is not received a reasonable period of time prior to the advertised date (this is without limitation to our general right to cancel or reschedule CREW CPD events). We will notify you if this occurs, and offer you a refund or a credit towards another event. We also reserve the right to make reasonable changes to advertised workshop content to conform with DMIRS accreditation requirements.
If you are entitled to receive and wish to obtain real estate agent CPD points for a CREW CPD event:
- you must participate for the full duration of the workshop component of the event; and
- you must provide us with all required details to log your participation on the CPD Online System maintained by DMIRS.
Subject to satisfaction of the above conditions, we will:
- log your participation on the CPD Online System within 14 days after the CREW CPD event; and
- issue you evidence of your participation in the workshop in accordance with DMIRS requirements.
Your participation in the workshop component of a CREW CPD event will be recorded by the use of sign-in sheets (in the case of face-to-face workshops) and Zoom participation logs (in the case of online workshops).
If for any reason we are not satisfied that you have participated for the full duration of the workshop component of a CREW CPD event, we may refuse to credit you with any real estate CPD points.
Online workshops
If you have registered for an online CREW CPD workshop, you are responsible for making all arrangements to access that workshop. No refunds will be given for technical issues that are not attributable to us.
You must not display or exhibit online CREW CPD workshops to any person other than a confirmed registrant.
Workshop presenters, moderators, content and materials
All advertised CREW CPD workshop presenters and moderators are subject to change at our discretion.
You acknowledge that all CREW CPD workshop content and materials, and all communications with our representatives, presenters and moderators at CREW CPD events (including without limitation during post-workshop networking time), are of a general nature and do not, and are not intended to, constitute legal advice. We disclaim all liability to any person who relies on such content, materials and communications.

The distribution of CREW CPD workshop content and materials is at the discretion of the presenter.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to or used in connection the CREW CPD are held by us under licence from CCPD Holdings WA Pty Ltd, including without limitation the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Workshops) logo, the CREW CPD business name, all trade and service marks (registered or unregistered), the www.crewcpd.com.au domain name, all website content, all workshop content and materials, and all advertising and promotional materials, and remain the sole and exclusive property of that company. You must not do any act or thing that infringes those rights.
Photographs and video footage
You must not record video footage of any CREW CPD workshop presentations.
You authorise us to photograph and record your participation at CREW CPD events, and to use photographs and video footage featuring your image for marketing and advertising purposes, including on our website.
Dietary requirements
It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of registration. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate such requirements if you inform us of them. However, we do not warrant that any food or drinks provided during post-workshop networking satisfies any particular dietary requirements (including without limitation in relation to any allergies), and consumption is at your own risk in all respects. Where a CREW CPD event is held at a third party venue, your should make enquiries directly with venue representatives regarding dietary requirements and allergies prior to the event date.
General release
Without limiting any other term and condition above, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in a CREW CPD event is at your risk in all respects. In consideration of our acceptance of your registration, you release and discharge us from all claims or other liability arising out of or in connection with such participation.
