Working with the Contaminated Sites Regime (SLPL14) is a one-hour, face-to-face workshop which will provide an overview of the legislative framework for contaminated sites in WA and examine relevant considerations for sales, leasing and managing agents dealing with sites that have been affected (or potentially affected) by contamination, including disclosure requirements, the hierarchy of liability for contamination, and the use of various provisions in contracts of sale and commercial leases to minimise risk and liability for contamination.

Elective CPD point accreditation by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety has now been confirmed for this workshop.
