This workshop will cover changes to the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 (WA) to try to stamp out the dangerous illicit tobacco and vape trade.

The workshop will focus on how the law applies now, and how the changes will impact on landlords and commercial real estate agents where any illicit tobacco or vapes trade is being conducted from a premises.
